They have a complete line of rice protein concentrates (Oryzatein™), clear brown rice sweetener syrups (Oryzose™), rice sweetener powders (Oryza™), rice milk powders (Rice Life Plus™), rice starches and flours and organic short grain brown rice.  Not only are they superior in taste, but these rice-based products are hypoallergenic, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, non-GMO and maintain the highest level of nutrients.

Products

Oryzatein™ is an excellent source of a vegan, hypo-allergenic protein. Produced under trade secret and patent pending technology by means of an all natural process; it is being used as a replacement for and or in conjunction with Soy Protein and Whey Protein in food grade products including protein supplements, bars and nutritional drinks. Using their technology, they're able to extract protein from each of the fractions of a grain of rice.  Oryzatein uses sprouted brown rice and has an amino acid profile with an approx. 98% correlation to mother’s milk and an approx. 97% correlation to Whey. Axiom just introduced Oryzatein Silk™ the first fully functional whole grain brown rice protein at the IFT in Orlando, Florida. Being hypo-allergenic and produced under patent pending technology; Oryzatein Silk is being used as a direct replacement for and or in conjunction with Soy Protein and Whey Protein in food grade products including protein supplements, bars and nutritional drinks. Oryzatein Silk is the first fully functional whole grain brown rice protein.  It can be used in beverages (where a suspension is required), in powdered drinks where grittiness is an issue, and in other applications where “the lack of texture is required.”.

Axiom just introduced Rice Life Plus™, the first direct hypoallergenic replacement for milk powders using whole grain brown rice. Rice Life PlusTM is a natural whole grain brown rice product that has been fortified with natural rice protein such that the final product on a dry weight basis is about 33% total rice protein.   Rice Life PlusTM produces a smooth, milk-like product having the same total protein as found in milk.  Rice Life PlusTM powder may be used as a non-dairy substitute for dry milk powders with identical functional characteristics as milk powders.   This product is 100% whole grain brown rice.
