Regulatory/QA Technician

Premium Ingredients is seeking a full time Regulatory/QA Technician to perform the following functions:

• Work with domestic and international suppliers to administer Regulatory
and QA documentation for all products
• Provide customer and sales support on regulatory issues,
assuring document availability and distribution
• Maintain format and content of regulatory documents
• Facilitate ingredient QC program
• Maintain internal SOPs
• Oversee QA/QC procedures for packaging lines and grinding
• Audit preparation and participation

The successful candidate is required to have excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on detail orientation, accuracy, a sense of urgency and a demonstrated strong ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision. Strong computer skills required including experience with MS Word, Excel, and ACCESS. Must have 2-4 years experience in food/food ingredients or related field and familiarity USP, FCC, and food regulatory agencies.
